Click & Collect
We have a free 'Click & Collect' service! Just select the 'Pick Up' option at the check out.
We aim to have "Click and Collect' orders ready to collect within 24 working hours, however they will often be ready a lot sooner.
Please wait for your 'Ready to Collect' email before coming to pick up your order.
Delivery Timescale
We aim to have orders dispatched within 24 working hours. Order submitted after 4pm will be processed on the next working day.
Please note delivery times may take longer than your selected delivery option during busier periods.
We cannot guarantee postage times as parcels are out of our hands once they are with Royal Mail and our other delivery partners.
Our Delivery Services & Costs
We use a combination of Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 Hour postage via Royal Mail. We occasionally use other delivery partners, depending on the size of parcel.
The service that will be used will depend on the products you order and the choices you make during checkout.
The cost of postage is based on the weight and size of the products selected and will be calculated after you enter your address during the checkout process. Occasionally postage may have to be amended after purchase, if this is the case we will contact you to take the balance.
Bladed Niwaki items will require a signature and for the recipient to be 18+ and show to show ID upon delivery.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to return an item, please return your item to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be unused, un-tarnished and in perfect condition with their original packaging. We cannot accept books that have been returned after reading.

Returns and postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that your return is due to a product being damaged or faulty, you will be refunded in full once we have received the return and have verified the damage/fault.
